Thanks for your kind words. 🙏
Regarding the Beoplay H95 headphones, I have taken a good listen to them at a local HiFi-store but I haven't compared them side-to-side with the Focal Bathys.
My initial impression was that the Beoplay H95 sounded good but were a little bit bass-heavy for my taste. Then I checked out the Beo app and saw that it was possible to alter the sound quite a bit - much better tweaking available than in other wireless headphones.
Personally, I prefer the sound of the Focal Bathys because they are more transparent and offer more details - to me.
Beoplay H95 had more of a 'sound' but at the same time can be tailored a bit in the app.
But, as I point out in my B&W Px8 video, when it comes to evaluating sound, there really isn't any right or wrong, especially when it comes to headphones.
If they sound great to you, they are great for you!
I believe that headphones gives the most personal sound experience, and it's probably due to the fact that our outer ears and ear canals are quite different between person to person. And not having any room acoustics to skew the evaluation, makes it easier to form a personal opinion. Personal preferences and taste also have a big impact on the evaluation.
All that said, I still think the Beoplay H95 are interesting headphones, and I'm considering doing a review of them as well - because they are worth it. 👍
